A good tax prep product. I have used it for many years. The only complaint I had this year was that I was unable to access the help line the one time that I tried. Was told that “server busy”

The software will not make connections for updates. After going to your website for update, the state software can’t be utilized even after going to the website after making update. Not very happy with the quality of the software in comparison to my co-workers use of Turbo tax which she had no issues.
