Very easy to use and better than other tax software that I have used previously. I have been sticking to this for the last 4 tax seasons for that reason. A suggestion though - during final review, certain things were flagged and it would be great to have them hyperlinked such that each alert will then take you to the specific entry that needs to be corrected or be present with a way to make the change. Currently you have to poke around for a while to get to the nub.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

I did find a bug or two, but it is easy to use. I actually do my taxes twice to make sure I made no data entry errors. I'm disappointed that I can't start two instances on my computer. I've been using for years and have a rather complex return. With zero commission trading available, I have a much larger number of trades in 2020. Grouping of trades not done due to disallowed losses. I'm not sure if that is an IRS rule or the way the software is written. W2 wages can't be zero, even when disability insurance is received. I would like to see more detail on how my tax was actually calculated. Keep making improvements and I'll keep using.

The product appears to give accurate results, but there were several contradictory statements in the program. I found I ther tax software easier to use. It was impossible to enter our street address which starts with a zero, and although customer support tried to escalate my issue several times, after two months and several updates, it was never fixed. In general the program needs polishing and better ownership.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used HR Block for many years and am 100% confident in it. It is very user friendly and easy to follow. It literally does the work for you. It is accurate and complete plus staying constantly updated for any changes or new information. I could not be more pleased with it.
