Very easy to use. Has all the features anyone would need for a normal, non-business return, including investment earnings and home ownership categories. It downloaded fast and on the date promised. Updates are quick and easy. I have been using this product for years and have never had an issue. Electronic filing is seamless and fast. It finds and imports my past year information on my computer without fail. I think one State return e-file should be included in the price.
