Generally good but it was extremely annoying that it kept trying to make me enter something for child tax credits when we didn't claim any dependants because all of our children are married and over 30. This tainted our experience with the entire product significantly.

This product is great, mostly easy to use, and easy to obtain. My only problem is ease of use since that is my focus on any software. The subject matter is boring to begin with so the program needs to flow from beginning to end and while I can not put my finger on it right now, somewhere in the middle of this it is not good.

I used this to do my 2019 taxes and it was easy to follow but the 2020 version was harder to do until I deleted my W2 and but it in by hand then it was great!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
