Having used the Software for a number of years, albeit updated and refined, I consider it a really good value for completing our taxes in a timely manner. While it isn't a perfect 5 in my opinion, it is better than a 4 on my scale. The only negative thing I found was an audit requirement with reference to a entry to my 2019 return for which didn't seem relevant to the 2020 filing. Nor did I understand since it was a joint filing, why it was necessary to report our income for both of us individually.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
