This product performs well. The user interface is friendly and I've found the outcomes more reliable and more easily achieved than other options. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the price tag for an additional state filing is absurdly expensive relative to the initial cost.

As always, easy to use - especially if you have done your taxes the prior year with H&R Block. I had a rare form this year, but it was covered. All questions I have had were covered with Help. Have been using this SW or its predecessor for about 25 years and have never seen a good reason to change.

It worked fine for doing our taxes this year but seems to have some glitches we haven't experienced before. It flagged some things as possible problems or possibly increasing chances of audit that did not apply to the information given. I tried to get clarification from the online chat help - waited over 1.5 hours to get a rep who then put me on hold twice and then ended the chat without answering the question.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
