Trying to download this product on a lower speed internet connection last year was so difficult, this year was impossible. The only way even with the absurdity time consuming task of contacting tech support was driving to a local cellular service provider and using their wireless connection.

Since switching from Turbo Tax to HR Block a couple of years ago I have been satisfied with the performance of their software. I have had no issues downloading and updating it as I was experiencing with Turbo Tax the last few years I used it. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the software and would recommend it to others over Turbo Tax.
