The software works well, but it didn't initially recommend that I should use the itemized deductions approach for state taxes even though I had itemized for our federal tax return.

Had always worked before - this year the worst ever - NONE of the downloads would load properly and I had to spend HOURS getting via a back door so I could do my taxes.
