Easy to use. Especially like the "link and download" feature for investment information. First fill year of retirement so the forms were new. Helped a lot.

Easy to use. Just fill-in the blanks. Much less expensive than hiring someone to do your Taxes. Of course, that also means you’ve kept good records and documentation throughout the year.

Simple to use but guidance can be greatly improved and in plain English instead of financial / tax terms. I felt like the software did not do enough to help me understand the tax questions or possible scenarios.

I have used this software for years and it has worked flawlessly every time. Easy to use. I also do taxes for a few relatives and the software keeps everyone's tax returns separately to be transferred to the following year's preparation, so no need to enter all the personal information again.
