I had an issue while downloading state and contacted customer service for assistance. The issue turned out to be my error because I changed the folder to which the software was initially downloaded. I reinstalled the software to the correct folder and the state downloaded with no issue. The agent was patient and waited online until the process was complete. Great customer service.

Software is the basic interface some areas are limited explanation. The price is much better than TAX Act or TurboTAX. Overall a good product did not have all of the Arizona State forms for tax credits. So we could not e-file Arizona.
