Product changed from previous years with multiple step to answer questions. The state program was incomplete which would have cost $1000 plus dollars.
Cons: Hard to import documents

I'm giving this a low rating because I didn't like the fact I downloaded 2 state returns but it would not electronical file the 2nd state I had the mail it in that's why you're getting a 2 star rating for me I don't know if this was a problem but when I talk to the lady on the line she said when the federal Got except it I should be able to Pay for the e-filing of my 2nd state but it would not let me this I had a printed out and mail it in.
Pros: Easy to import documents

If all one has is basic income and deduction items this software works great. However, ANY unusual item, even if the user knows where to enter it, may not be handled automatically. If anything has to be entered manually as an override because the program won’t do it e-Filing is prevented! NOT an appreciated feature!

Easy to use. Very helpful that last year's tax information is carried over to this year's tax forms. The only area for improvement is the schedule for interest needs to show all the bank names and interest associated with them.
