Is easy to import data into to reduce keying. Easy to follow and understand the questions to complete your tax returns. Plus they update the software to keep it current. They also stand behind their product.

2020 tax program defects and need for improvement

Not including CD this year was quite a hassle, and needs to never occur again. Also the information that needed to be inputted on state taxes increased and was not transferred from federal tax forms, had to do calculations yourself.
