I was disappointed when doing the state income tax. I prefer to see progress when using the state download. Only the final tax due when using this download. Federal was fine.

They need to do a better job of explaining things like the Qualified Business tax, that got passed through from the Dividends on our Investments. That took me two years of investigation to figure it out.
Also, there are times when I try to delete a form, the software will accept my command, but the form will not be deleted. It would be nice if the software came up with a message explaining why you can’t delete the form.
Along the same lines, there are times when you to to enter in data and it won’t accept your input, because you are not in the actual worksheet. Perhaps a message could pop up explaining this and point you to the right place for correctly entering the data?
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
