Would have been better if we received communications on software updates. Significant tax law changes came when stimulus package approved mid March effecting federal unemployment taxes.

I've used HR Block tax program (and it's prior names) for over 10 years. I've never had any issues with it technically, and the interface is very intuitive. I like that I can be guided or I can manually go to specific forms and worksheets. The price has remained very competitive.

I have used H&R Block Deluxe software for several years. It is so easy to purchased on line and I like that it comes with five free e-files. I especially like the 2020 Software edition for its ease for in preparing tax returns. It guides you through step by step. The software is up to date on tax changes and makes finding answers with software help topics. The fact that pone can file five free Federal tax returns is a plus. I would highly recommend.
