Recently completed my 2020 Federal Income Taxes using H&R Block software. As usual, the process went very smoothly, efficiently and was completed, filed and accepted by the IRS the same day. Having my 2019 information loaded automatically into the 2020 application really speeds up the process.

I would give zero stars if possible. My boyfriend got his identity stolen doing his taxes there, and has not gotten a tax return, stimulus or anything for years now. He keeps suffering due to your mistake. Its the most unfair thing ive ever seen from any company.

Software seems to be getting worse year after year. For example, the print function did not work and keeps printing someone else's return in the same directory. Another example is that the audit check was so poorly done, it was producing errors that make no sense and applied to none of my situations. I had to figure it out myself. Not sure if I am going to keep using this software from next year. Very disappointed !!!
Cons: Hard to prepare
