I have been with H&R Block since the Tax cut days in the 90's. The program has always made the appropriate updates with new tax laws being introduced. It has a good value considering 5 free Federal e-files. Additionally, has an opportunity to send a query to an H&R Block representative a question without cost. All in all an excellent Tax program.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast

Mistakenly submitted tax return before completing necessary entries...IRS debited amount from checking account without explicit authorization forcing me to amend return but then IRS could not credit amended amount back to checking account.
