I have used this software for about 7 years. I am generally well satisfied with the format and instructions. I have had issues on occasion regarding completing K-1 Information and with knowing exactly what blocks (in some cases) should be checked, filled out, etc. in other sections.

A very good tax preparation product. I liked the way I could navigate the various types of income and expenses that would be part of my 2020 Return. The e-file feature was very simple and fast for both my Federal and State Returns.

Program is great federal taxes are done without any problems. Paid for program with state program. When I tried to use the state it charged me again for the state program.

Federal return worked well and was fairly easy to use. However State (Arizona) was not complete. I had to go to state revenue site to get forms and be able to complete return. I tried to contact Block and after calling the only number I could find I was on hold for over an hour. When I finally got an answer I was told that this was not the place to ask any questions and the employee transferred me to another section (which I was told I could not call directly) and was informed by that section that there was a long wait. I hung up. Need to have inperson or internet access to help -- not just the FAQ section
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
