Not as good as it could be, try Turbo Tax instead.

I believe the software was not as polished as Turbo Tax. One example is when you finish the accuracy check, and it says everything is fine, it lied. On both Federal and State, when I tried to finally submit, I got warning about errors on both, and the software would not allow me to submit. Another example is when the software identifies a problem, it doesn't take you to the page with the problem. Instead, it tells you to go to the "find it" page and then you can search for the topic. This requires you to then manually try to find the problem. I was not impressed.
I've been using H&R tax preparation software for a number of years now and find it to be the best. Easy to use, step by step, asks the right questions and before you know it, it's done. E filing another plus, you get a status that IRS accepted the return. No worries about lost or delayed mail. Software gets updated frequently to keep up with changes.
The program would not print out the finished taxes on my Lexmark Prestige Pro805 no matter how I tried to get it to print. Fortunately, I had a different printer and it did on that one.
I love H&R Block's app other than the problems abo

I tried to e-file or 20/20 tax return and H&R Block put the AG I automatically in my return which the IRS said was wrong so I went back and looked at my 2019 return and the AGI was correct and I tried it again and it came back saying my AGI didn't match last year's 2019 so I just paper mailed it other than that I like the app.
Well organized. The help screens are actually very helpful. The eFile capability is easy. The follow up with the IRS is very helpful. I highly recommend the software.
