Software is good but there needs to be a way to ask someone questions that are not software related like other software has. Very difficult getting an answer.

I have been using H&R Block software for the last 5 years now and it has been one of the easiest to use as well as having the forms I have needed. This year I discovered I needed a different form and while my brother needed to upgrade to a much pricier version of the competition's software, my H&R Block Deluxe had it as a standard option. Very good stuff!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Easy to use, the support phone help line is mediocre at best if you get pass the opening voice prompt (3 tries) and until you actually get a human that speaks English. The answer chat option online support is nothing but a rip off so don’t use it.
