You must download the program / App to get a decent results. The streaming version sucks and you you can not undo anything without deleting the whole account . I have used this software for 10 years and they have totally screwed it up this year.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I usually do taxes for my family and friends every year. For the past 5 years I've used H&R Block Deluxe with no problems. It's very user-friendly and I've gotten nothing but good results. I will continue to use this product in the years to come. Can't ask for any better product to use.

Software was not very compatible with my MacBook Pro. Once I downloaded new Operating System, it eventually worked. It was difficult though. The H&R Block Help Desk was very good.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to prepare

Terrible glitchy software. Said it e-filed to IRS, yet IRS has no record. Had to snail mail taxes & manually enter state info directly to the state, due to frustrating submission errors with this crap product. Never again!
