I am a long time user of H&R Block Deluxe Software. This program is very easy to use and is accurate. If you are looking for a program to do your taxes, I recommend using H&R Block Deluxe Software.

Easy to use but does not handle military non resident status for NY properly (requires paper filing) and charges additional efile fee for other states such as NC after buying this additional state program!
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to prepare

The program itself is easy to use. However, getting technical support is not very easy. I called mid week well in advance of the filing deadline and was on hold for about 45 minutes. Can’t imagine what it would be like on a weekend or closer to the filing date.
