I have been using your software to prepare our taxes for approximately 10 years. It is very user friendly and I can usually finish with my prior year's taxes within 2-3 hours. The key is to keep all tax information in one handy folder and to also use a spreadsheet.

The tax software works. Would prefer not having to compute itemization on the Fed in order to do so on the State, but it still works fairly well. I do not appreciate the effort to get people to upgrade near the start of the return when it is entirely unnecessary. I resent that, though I did not choose to upgrade.

My federal return was rejected because the program told me it would fill in a line from my 2019 return if necessary. Well, it was necessary, and the 2020 program failed to enter it. The IRS rejected the return until I entered the correct amount from the 2019 return.
