State return was rejected with no real reason why. Useless prompts on what to enter infields. I've been using H&R Block Delux tax software for years. Next year I'm considering other alternatives.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

overall ok mine is a very straightforward return. Still, I needed to search the Internet to resolve questions that I thought the HRB software should have in FAQs. Downloading a second state return was more expensive than expected. Thought underlying interview software for state returns was minimalistic.
