Generally, I like the software very much. I had two problems with it this year: (1) There was no information to my knowledge to inform me that I could not file my New Hampshire return electronically until the moment I tried to do so and not able; recently moved here and this is my first full year resident return. (2) Updating the program was problematic; it would not update from the "Update" dialog box in the program; I had to exit the program, go to the online update site, and update from there.
