It does not allow e-file NY tax while NY requires e-file for income higher than certain level. Other software does. Will not buy it again next year.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare

When I spend money for software, I expect it to work with no errors. Sadly that is not the case for H&R Block's 2020 program. I can't submit my federal or state returns because the software does not allow a date after 1/1/2020 for the last date of residence in CA. Someone missed that update.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The program reminds you what you need to enter and does all the math. It makes the taxes much easier to navigate. The only problem I have had is when I get a document late and try to enter it, it is not always easy to get the program to go back to that item.
Pros: Easy to prepare
