Issues noted with downloading the software. Noted internal "final" checks could not be resolved and cleared. Program is not as intuitive as one would like....clunky in operation.

I have used H&R Block tax software for many years. It is simple, efficient and informative. The explanations for the aspects I don't understand are excellent. Filing is easy and the review process to check if all is accurate is very reliable. I would never use any other software for my taxes.
