We've been using this software for probably 10 years and have been very pleased with it. Last year, however, we hit a snag we think the software should have caught. Because of a family member on Obamacare we didn't know at tax time that the "subsidy" because of low income would be considered income and we were missing a form that the software seemingly should have caught. The IRS told us we goofed and by the time that was cleared up we didn't get our refund for almost a year and now we can't electronically file this year because the AGI on our Block return is apparently wrong and we can't figure out what the correct number is, so two years of returns have been messed up.
