I've been using the Block Deluxe software for several years.....and love it.The user is kind of led by the nose through the tax jungle. Block asks the right questions and all one needs to do is track down the required data. I use Ameriprise as my financial advisor and find it EXTREMELY helpful to be able to download all of their information directly to the right fields in the Block program and the tax forms.In addition, if one used the Block software last year, it automatically brings forward all the pertinent information to this year's tax forms. I would never be able to do my taxes by just relying on the instructions provided on the tax forms alone.

I have used your software for over 20 years and enjoy the interactive format. What I don't like is my inability to e-file. I submit and the irs rejects. Only a vague explanation of why, and no support help from the software. After five attempts it stops trying and wants to charge me for more attempts. I gave up and mailed the forms. You could really improve in this area.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents

Overall experience is quite good. H&R Block has been used for a number of years, and for the most p[art, is a well done product. Some glitches are encountered, but they are easily overcome. If there is one addition that could be made,, the software would be even better, and that is: enable the user to easily enlarge the pages. I can’t figure out how to do it, and these eyes just don’t see as well as they once did.
