I have used H&R for long time, I had one question and stayed on line for 2 hours than when I got a live person they said hold on and put me back on hold, i waited one more hour and gave up, I had to call other tax services to get my one answer, not good support but very good software.

Generally easy to follow without a lot of instructions needed before filling out the forms. I gave this five stars because of the ease and value of this product. To make it great in my opinion would be to add an automatic "save" feature so that one does not inadvertently lose data input when a distraction occurs. Also, there was a place where the totals on the Summary did not equate with "the amount to be deposited." You could not move forward without correcting the problem. It would have been helpful if the form had taken you to the place where the problem originated.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Easy to use software. Step by step instructions are easy to follow. I only quash that each years could pull up the previous year even on different computers.
Pros: Easy to prepare

This year, only download was available. Supposedly one could download it again on another computer with the information supplied. This was unsuccessful, as was trying to talk with a sotware tech.
