I don't always get my taxes excepted the first time through, but unlike turbo, I always get more than one chance to e-file them in when I goof up.

Finished Federal return and filed. Now Government has changed the Unemployment deductions and Federal numbers in software do not work for State return.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

The software is quite good. I gave it only a 3 star because the help menus are difficult and not very good. Then I tried to submit my return electronically, and three times it was rejected with no explanation. So I had to mail it in.
