Missed Opportunity

I am a regular user of this product. However, I was not able to import my 2019 Return. Hopefully, this was a one time "Thing" Overall the experience is what I have become comfortable with!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

The software leads the user through the process easily. This makes it simple to cover all items accurately and as a result makes it easy to file. It took me less than an hour to file my taxes with confidence that I did not miss anything. This year it was great to be able to claim charitable contributions even with the standard deduction. It was also great to know that the stimulus check amount was adjusted for actual 2020 earning rather than using the 2018 or 2019 filing. This is the most fair to all.

The interview style and user friendliness make the tax filing process easy. Have been using your software for many years.
Your new TV commercials, however, really stink; they tend to take away from the respectful nature of your product (why must everything appeal to the mindless youth of today?)
