Bought product that includes state filing but find out at the end that it really doesn’t include state e-file. Had to pay extra to e-file state. Product shouldn’t say it includes state when it doesn’t!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've used this software for the past three years and it is consistently great. The return process is easy, comprehensive and I was very impressed with the assistance it gives for itemized deductions! H&R Block truly maximizes your refund by finding hidden deductions that you are likely not aware of. I recommend this software to anyone looking to do their own taxes and maximize their refund.

Barely Adequate!

Will not work on Mac with 64-bit encryption OS. Fortunately it is compatible with an older OS on another Mac. You have had 2 years to correct this problem, yet nothing has been done!
Also, I noticed some discrepancies when entering some of my 1099 forms. (lack of correspondence in box numbers)
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
