TurboTax is more expensive but, it’s also a better program.

Bug discovered in 2019 Deluxe

I don't know how it happened, but when I went to e-file, the verification routine got stuck in a strange endless loop. It put my zip code in the City Field and instructed me to fix it. When I did so, it proceeded to put my city name in the Zip Code field. This process continued indefinitely until I finally broke out of the loop by deleting all my contact information. It was automatically refilled by the software. I can send scree shots of the errors.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

I finished my daughter’s taxes on 10/15 and have eight charges for $21.75 pending on the debit card I used, plus charges that have posted for $21.72 and $10.82. The last two are correct. I’d like to have the others removed as soon as possible, please. I’ve used this product many years, and this is the only problem I’ve had. Would be helpful to speak to someone directly.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Difficult to follow guidance, same as the rest

Usually difficult to understand advice and what info is required in which blanks. Always leaves me wondering if IRS will require some corrections, which has happened now and then. Have found all tax filing software difficult to follow, H&R Block is about the same as others.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Impressive product

Bought this product because TurboTax will no longer operate with my IOS. Product was easy to load and operation was flawless. Transferred prior year taxes and added state taxes....again no issues.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

I have used your product for years and years. I have a B
IG complaint to this year's version. I hate downloading it. I want to disc. I am familiar with use and it is a breeze to use. I spent hours trying to get this year's version to work. I finally did but it was a huge pain in the a##. Continue to use the download if your want but please offer an option to get a disc. Thank you

Misleading packaging

We have used HRBlock products for the past 5 years. We receive it in the mail. We anticipated getting the usual CD but we're very disappointed that it contained a cardboard looking fake CD. We had to go to the library to download online version as our mobile hotspot could not download program.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
