We have used this software for for more than a decade. We use it, our kids use it. It gets better every year. I like that I can take a picture of my W2 and upload PDFs. Saves manual entry and errors.

like the software generally. gets a bit frustrating when search function doesnt yield any answers. for example i forgot to include 529 contribution so i had to go back. no obvious place for me to go back to so i searched within help section. no hits... really? i had to go thru several sections to finally find it. they need to improve that bit.

I've been using this program since the days of Andrew Tobias' TaxCut and anticipate continuing use. It has always remained current for my tax purposes which are quite simple -- a retiree with pension, 401(k), Social Security, interest and dividend income streams. Over the years the user interview screens have been improved (for better user experience) and upgraded/expanded (to remain current with information technology). The workflow is smooth with good on-screen guidance and extensive FAQ, Help, Knowledge Base, and Community Forum features.

Easy to understand fast calculation. One problem the forms, we need to see how they appear needs to be more assessable. Tax law changes need to be able to process either way. Some are more tax savvy than others.
