This was the second year that I used H&R Block Deluxe. I learned that you have to start at the beginning of each required section and enter your data step by step from the beginning to the end of each required section. It was a very rewarding moment when the software system congratulated me for correcting all my errors and completing my tax forms. My tax forms were then sent on to be processed by IRS.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast

I like the organization that H&R brings to the table. It gives me a good feeling for how the math works. What I do find lacking is clear and lengthy explanations of some things that when put in legal terms are out of the easy grasp of the normal layman. Text in software is cheap, so it would be easy to add lots of value added explanations and descriptions for the users.
