Good, but not easy in places. For instance, I found Form 8949 (related to capitol gains/losses) awkward and had to look up third party explanations to wade through it. The warning window for screen resolution every time upon opening was annoying, with no way to cancel. Most flaws are minor.

Fails to efile when 1099-R payer EIN has no hyphen. No solution yet. Couldn’t recover IRS rejection code. After 3 hour phone wait, I was transferred to after hours message.

There is a lack of straightforward pricing. There is always an up sell that you don’t need. Surprise fees that you’re not expecting. It’s just not good customer relations to price your products this way. A company can make money without these tactics. I do not recommend this product for these reasons.
