It has gotten too complicated in the last few years. I saw a friend use a competitor product and it was much easier to use. I think I'm switching next year.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I've been using this H&R for many years and over time it has become harder to get phone assistance. This year I called a few timed and it was plain unavailable. I was told there too many calls and it hug up.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

electronic file didn't work

I purchased this because I thought the E-File would be great, however the program imported incorrect information from the previous year so the IRS rejected the transfer. I followed the information provided to correct the error and resubmitted it a total of 5 times. Each time it was rejected.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

Product is very good, however, the times that I did have questions, both the chat line and the help support 800# were unreachable. I waited for over 50 minutes with the 800 to no avail. During this time frame the recording would state that my “wait time is ....”, a wait time was never provided and I gave up. Summary: Product is very good, but the advertised support is less than a one star.

Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund
