Safe and easy way to file my taxes. I have tried other methods but prefer to download to my PC so I'm not depending on an internet connection until filing. this is the best way if you have a connection that frequently drops out. I like H&R because it is less complicated than TT IMHO.

The software was extremely difficult to install this year, on windows 10.
Also, some of the more difficult tax subjects were sorely lacking in any help; the reason I am using the software is that I am not a tax expert.

Mn state program always lacking. On Accuracy Review something is wrong with and it says goto 1099-R and correct it. IT DOESN'T TAKE YOU THERE (AND WHEN I FOUND IT, IT DIDN'T HAVE FIELDS FOR WHAT IT SAID WAS MISSING! WOULDN'T LET ME EFILE THE STATE FORM!!! EVERY YEAR, IT MAKES ME PRINT OUT SOME MN FORMS, FILL IN AND DO CALCULATIONS. THAT'S WHAT I BOUGHT THE PROGRAM FOR!
