The software is too wordie and goes around the world to get across the street. Combining it with MS Edge is a real downer as well.

I could not do my taxes without this software, but there was one state form that I was notified that I needed and the software did not give me any help with. That form (PA's W-2 Reconciliation Worksheet) ended up being the most confusing and vaguely documented part of my return. Took almost as long to fill it out as it did the entire return.
