It’s very frustrating that the software does not support certain state tax forms. I had to file by mail and print out the extra forms and complete them separately. Plus it didn’t support e-filing for non resident returns for certain states.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This made it so easy. I have never E Filed before and didn't realize the ease of filing both Federal and State and making payment at the same time.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I've been using H&R Block for several years. It's easy to use & navigate, covers everything I need, makes filing easy, and provides updates after filing. It's easier than working through the forms without a program and a lot less expensive than paying someone else to do your taxes.
