The detail was very easy understand. The “Next” button keep ones attention on getting the job done.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

I've been using the software for over 20 years and it has been the only income tax software that makes the work easy and smoth; from beginning to end!!!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Horrible this year, just awful

Garbage software is glitchy, didn't ask important questions, phrased statements and questions in the most confusing manner possible. Had to redo federal return 3 times for an input error that was correct all 3 times, way too much manual input, several forms have zero instruction or explanation. Some Michigan state forms not available, also had to redo 3 times because although there was no info in the local tax section, apparently the income cant be smaller than the tax. Had to delete and reenter w2 info. Seems like this hacky junk was made by a millineal, poorly done and not complete. Whoever passed this software off as functional should be fired. Pretty sure im going to be audited so there's that to look forward to, but in all honesty I probably left quite a bit on the table that should have been returned to me.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As Good As Turbo

This was the second time that I have used H&R's program after previously using TurboTax. I found it to be as good as Turbo and less expensive. So, I plan on using it again
