software issues

I couldn't e-file because there was an error with the itemized deduction form which I never filled as this software auto populated this form as I answered question. The error was that some income box was checked which I couldn't find it.
Also it wouldn't let so that I donate to charity and it forced me to go in and manually delete last years charities.
I've been using this software for over 10 years but I will not use it again due to these errors.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don’t buy the download version

I purchased the download version. No issue with installing it but when filing, the activation code was not accepted (invalid) and had to pay the e-file fee. Don’t buy the download version! The product it self is great.

Needs work

I have used your software for several years. The software still will not import IRA information from the previous years return. This requires manual input of all the IRA information. This needs to be fixed.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
