You need a knowledge of tax returns to be able to use this. More so than in past years. I have used this for ten years at least and I found it difficult this time.

This product is easy for the consumer to enter their data. The interview style is easy to understand The help file is detailed and seems simple and logical to use. Good analysis to make sure that it is consistent and complete. Easy to check for errors and then submit to the IRS. The ability to schedule the payment removes some of the pain

The software was adequate but either I had unheard of questions or it had lack of answers. Even worse - your phone help center was terrible. It was without a doubt the worse help center I have ever experienced.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
