Bugs like, at the review stage, that said that we have to delete a number from one box and put it in another. When the number is put in the "correct" box it disappears immediately. We had to go back and delete large portions of our return and start fresh with different data in order to even get it to function correctly.
It doesn't make it clear that having the ability to create a state return does not give us free filing for our state, that was hidden and is very frustrating.
When it walks us through creating the return, many portions are confusing and/or difficult.
We are unhappy with the program.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I been using this software for some years now when it used to be called TaxCut and to this day still using it and the reason why is that i can look up a question I might not under stand on the tax law prior to inputting and preceding on completibg my taxes.

I bought this product and decided to electronically file this year. I didn't realize until I was well into the electronically filing that there would be a charge to file the state taxes. The package I bought indicates that state is included. I did not expect an extra change.
Pros: Easy to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
