Easy to use but I wish it had worked with brokerage sites. Software failed to fetch data from Merrill Lynch and Was forced to manually enter everything.

It guides you through every step and reviews your work when you are done to prevent possible errors or omissions. My only complaint is the cost to e-file the state return.

While entering data was easy. Uploading while became frustrating. Indicated address was incorrect or invalid characters. Fixed issue, tried numerous times with same response. Restated software issue persisted. There was no way to reconcile but to print and submit returns. I bought the software to efile and that aspect failed.

Found that the program is very easy to figure out and worked wonderful.
The one thing I found really annoying that it did not put my 2019 figures in allowing me to forecast my 2020 estimated taxes as I was unable to look at each item for 2019 and say what I wanted for the estimate for 2020.
