Cost for second state is more that I paid for Fed and State package . Price gouging.
And function requires me to update forms vs dialogue. Next year, I may think twice about any tax SW. H&R block, you can do better.

Something that could be made easier is the ability to view/print estimated tax payment vouchers. I had quite a bit of back and forth to find the vouchers and to print them.

The help files for state returns are non-existent and the state returns also do not carry over information well from the federal return.
Having to pay to e-file state returns is also an unwelcome surprise.

They should import medical insurance premiums in the state return directly from the Federal instead of asking again for them.
They should give the option of direct deposit of refunds into the banks for people who choose to mail their returns.

I have used Tax Cut since 1994. Yup, that's 16 years. Never had a audit. So, what can be said other than "I'm one very satisfied customer."
I also used it for all my kids. AND now for some of the Grandchildren.

Difficult to File Amended Return

It was great for filing my original return.
Inadequate for filing an amended return, which I did by hand on blank IRS/state forms.
