I have no reason to believe anything was done incorrectly, but you have to know, I don't know squat about taxes. It's like your mechanic... If you're not a mechanic, you pretty much have to take his expertise at his word and hope for the best.
Used for years, very few problems, but not perfect

I’ve used H&R Block tax software for many years, it’s always been a solid product and one I trust. The interviews are good and the search functions are intuitive and helpful. Most of my questions are answered with the FAQs, help sections and search. The only complaint this year was in the final eFile section. I have an LLC that made $0 outside of interest from a 1099-INT which is handled outside of Schedule C. The help functions specifically stated I need to file the Schedule C even I there was no income, yet eFile would not process with a Schedule C with $0 of income and $0 expenses — kept getting an error. I went back to the help and read the exact same thing — must file even if no income. The IRS clearly notes that I would NOT file the Schedule C in this case. So, in the end I had to delete the form entirely before eFile would work. Just a case of misinformation.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
