I am a resident of the state of New York but had to file a Kansas state income tax return because of some income from a Trust located in Kansas. I received notification from the state of Kansas that they did not have record of the state income tax withheld. It seems that they require the K-18 form to be filed with the Kansas state tax return and your electronic filing did not include the K-18. Can you fix this so I can use your tax return software next year?

Have been using for more than a decade but noticed problems popping up for the last couple of years. This year has been the worst. Whether it is interview questions, validating data, electronic filing, or even customer support - problems all around!
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been using H&R Block software since 2014. It is convenient and very user friendly. I wouldn't trade it for the world.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

I do most of my stock trading with interactive brokers. I found out to late that your program wouldnt download my stock trades and other info, which made using your program quite a pain. For this fact alone, i will not use this again. This was my first time using your product. and I will not do it again, even tho its cheaper. Its back to turbotax for me.

Started with it back in the 80s when it wasTaxCut. I've used it each and every year and have no reason to try another application. Comprehensive and reasonably priced. Has always met my needs.
