I'm a well read IT Engineer and found some of the question baffling. I even asked my financial advisor about some of them and HE didn't understand them either. If an Engineer and a Financial Consultant don't understand a question in the dialogue used by H&R block, who will? A rocket scientist?

First time user, so there are some growing pains. I plan to use it in the future. I could not resolve an issue regarding pension and annuity income. The software would only print out the taxable distribution on the 1040-SR but not print out the gross distribution. Both amounts were the same if that made a difference.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming

I have used H&R Block Tax Software every year since the early 1990’s and have never had a problem with the software or found a tax issue I needed that wasn’t covered. I greatly enjoy the “interview” style of filling in my tax information where the software asks me questions that to me seem very well thought out and logical in their sequence. Bottom line, I would highly recommend this product to anyone. To me it is five star!
