Your software has been great for many years, but this year I had a glitch that prevented me from filing. Your support team needs a lot of improvement. I found a solution on my own after several attempts to get help.

Solid Tax Software, Little Glitch for 2019 Version

This is solid tax software and I have been using it every year for years. Usually I would give it a 5 Star review, but this years demoted to 4 Stars.
Information was very sketchy, difficult to understands, and I almost overlooked, a major ruling on the State Refund amount, and how it affects the Federal taxes, no that we have to live with the $10,000 limit placed on us. Since I live in California, this was a significant reduction in what I owed the Federal Tax, as the amounts on the 1099-G ended up being not taxable. The program should have taken use through that calculation, while in that section, and not at the end as a 'warning'.
I will continue to purchase and recommend this product.

Residents of Baltimore County, Maryland continue to be unable to file electronically because of a glitch in your software. It was fixed once but has returned. The program insists that there is an error if no subdivision is checked under the County name but there are none in the drop down to choose from. Thus it is an unsolvable problem.
